COVID-19: Important Updates
Dear Friends,

As your Art Hub, we're doing everything we can to help curb infection rates in our community so we can minimize risk and not overburden our health care system. Please read our latest update on studio closures, class credits and new screening protocols.
Temporary Studio Closures
  • Following the Ontario School Board's decision to close all public schools, all our classes are postponed (including open life drawing) until April 4th or until further notice.

  • March Break Camp will be running as scheduled. We highly encourage those with the ability to work from home to stay home with their children in order to give camp priority to health care workers and those in need of child care services.

  • Our studio hours next week will be 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.

  • Please email us for a faster response as we're encouraging more staff to work from home.

Don't worry -- we're saving your program credits
Given the current situation, we are waiving all admin fees and recording class credits for program pauses. As a solution to help all parties to minimize loss, we are currently converting all unused program payments and deposits into credits for future use.

Tentative make up dates for postponed classes
  • All classes from Sat Mar 14 are rescheduled for Sat April 4

  • All classes from Sun Mar 22 and 29 are rescheduled for Sun Jun 21 and 28

  • All classes from Sat Mar 28 and Apr 4 are rescheduled for Sat Jun 27 and Jul 4

  • If you are unable to make these dates, please respond to this email and we will arrange a class credit for an alternate date.

New Screening Protocols
  • If you or your someone in your household is coughing, has a fever, trouble breathing, or has traveled within the last 14 days, we respectfully ask that you stay home to self-quarantine and call your healthcare provider.

  • Proper hand-washing and limiting social contact is still the key to prevention. We have implemented rigorous cleaning protocols around the studio including disinfecting commonly touched surfaces multiple times daily and washing aprons after each use.

  • Please read our COVID-19 safety update to learn how to protect yourself and your family from infection. We really appreciate your cooperation with our efforts to ensure everyone's health and safety.

Don't stress. Stay healthy and safe!
We are closely monitoring the situation following the lead of Canadian healthcare authorities on how to proceed accordingly. Our staff and students are our top priority, which is why we are postponing all programs that are not vital to the health and safety of the community.
